Welcome to the updated Artistree website. Not too much has changed with the look but we have updated the information and have implemented a better navigation system to give you an easy viewing experience. Anyone that has tried to access the site over the past several months may have received an error warning them that the site may be dangerous. Those problems have been rectified so you can view the site carefree. Check back soon for new updates and please check our new Facebook message board out.

Artistree is pickin' it up. We will be performing in Massachusetts again this month for a Valentines Day show. To go with our tour schedule we've updated the site with new pictures. We also have an updated intro and check out the biography page to see Sterling's bio.

We hope you enjoyed our performance at the Soul Cafe show on August 14. Check out the new pictures from Carnegie Mellon, Soundscape Studios and Club Empire. As you have seen on your way in the new intro is up and running! Artistree is having the best year so far. Check out the pictures from a performance with Jeffrey Osborne and in Greensburg. The brochure with Jeffrey Osborne is available as well as the brochure for the performance with Carson's Window. We are also featuring three rerecorded songs in or Audio section.

     

March 2005

Artistree has some upcoming performances. March 6th they will be performing at The Byham Theatre with Jeffrey Osbourne. Click here and check out they're listing in the paper. Happy New Year!!! To kick off 2005 we are unveiling a brand new design for the site. We'll also be adding new pictures, tourdates and video in the coming months. Keep an eye out for a new intro to the site starting March 2005.

Artistree will be performing at the Memorial Day Boat Bash on the Majestic at Station Square. Monday, May 31st from 7pm to 11pm aboard the ship.
Boarding will begin at 6:30pm and sailing at 7 sharp. Tickets are $30/person or $50/couple.
Come join the festivities with us! There will be a cash bar, raffles, photographer, champagne giveaways, prizes for the best dressed, open mic two minutes (must reserve) and much more! DRESS TO IMPRESS!

April 2004

Thursday May 6th, 2004 at 6pm Artistree will be performing at Knoxville School to help raise money for a children's playground.

Artistree was mentioned on the Lynne Hayes Freeland show at 6:30am on Saturday April 10th on UPN, and on Sunday April 11th at 6:30am on KDKA-TV in reference to us winning the " MAKE THE CUT CONTEST".

March 2004

March 9th - Artistree has come in 1st place on "Make the Cut"! We appreciate everyone out there voting for us. We'd love to hear your support on our message board.

Artistree has made the WAMO talent show. This is the 8th anuall talent showcase. It's held on Saturday, March 13th at the Carnegie Library in Homestead at 7 PM. Go to www.wamo.com for ticket information

Artistree will be performing at the 9th Annual African American Awards Show is set for Friday, February 6th at 7 PM at the Carnegie Music Hall in Oakland.

Artistree is going back into the studio to remaster their debut album Ride With Me. The album is due out fall 2004.

You can check out Artistree at Philthy McNasty's in Station Square on May 24th at 7:30 PM. You can expect to see Artistree perform there on a regular basis from here on out.

Artistree has just auditioned with 500 other musical acts and won a hot ticket to the WAMO talent show at the Byham Theater on March 14th. Be sure to go check out their electric performance.

August 9th 2002

New R&B hip hop group Artistree set the stage for their upcoming debut album titled "Ride With Me" which blends the soulful vocal style of smooth out harmony with a ruff edge, hip hop flavor. Ride With Me is a true and personal look at these four creative individuals who have a lot to express about life, love and loyalty. The group originated from the minds of Bacardi, Storm, La-Rue, and Boots. In 1989, the group was composed of five members when the group was going by the name of 24/7 Express when they performed original songs like "It Only Hurts" and the original version of "Wishing". The group also made regular appearances on Pittsburgh's hit show Shanes Corner. Later the group was dismantled and reborn under the name of 4 Phase which stood for four People Having A Serious Effect. Now in the year 2002, they have grown into a more mature and spiritual plateau. Artistree is now born! Be on the look out for these four laid back talented entertainers and their debut album "Ride With Me". Release date to be announced.
